We both have our accounts linked to steam and epic game store. I know it has been a while, but you are only able to play with Xbox players if you buy Remanent from Microsoft store. If you have it on Steam, Epic, etc. it won’t work. You probably already figured it out by now, but just in case. I enjoy games like Shadow of War, Ark Survival Evolved, Resident Evil 7, to name a few, with their Xbox Play Anywhere feature. - Cross Play support would also be awesome. It would connect the community regardless of the platform they choose to play the game on. I am assuming there would be minimal balancing issues since there is no pvp in Remnant. Crossplay is very unlikely at launch since its a couple weeks away and not been officially announced. Remnant 2 is not on the Microsoft PC store.
