2)trigger the rebuild/destroy empire quest and see if the faction you want gone is in the list of factions you need to eliminate. concentrate all your war efforts on that faction, if you beat them hard enough, you'll complete that segment of the quest and the remaining lords will defect to other factions. Influence is gained and locked to an empire/kingdom you join/create. So in your case: you joined Vlandia, you gained influence as a Vlandian. You left the kingdom, also your influence will be gone because you are not part of the kingdom anymore. TO DEAL WITH IT:-Fight bandits (looters, sea raiders, mtn bandits etc.)-Fight in tournaments.
The Kingdom that governs best is the Kingdom that governs least. Interestingly the "best laws" are almost wholly dependent on which of the three castes you are. There are very few (if any) policies in the game that benefit everyone equally.
Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is ultimately a game about building a larger and larger force to deal with bigger and bigger problems. This helps you grow more influential, progressing your clan, and eventually establishing a kingdom. But it’s not immediately apparent how to increase your party size.
